Toge the Thornbug

In the attempt to possibly become an artist again, For the past three days I've been drawing.

And, I Brought back this old gem, Toge the Thornbug.
He was a character from a book I was writing (which i'd rather have made into a comic..)

About Toge, with an excerpt from that book:

"His name was Toge Mushi. a Thornbug who lived within the borders of Odayaka Mori, the province where the insects lived on Mobius. He was known, because he was a hero.
Odayaka Mori never really knew anything outside their borders, other than the Country of Chidori. Odayaka's neighbors were their enemies; the two sanctions had always been warring.
Those who lived in this province were insect. everyone else was strictly kept out, for they feared outsiders. Humans, animals... anyone really, didn't like bugs, and the bugs didn't like them.
The whole idea never really bothered anyone.
Who in Odayaka Mori cared about Sonic the Hedgehog, anyway? He never helped anyone around them, and he had been dead for 15 years after leaving his kingdom to Queen blaze... the bugs had no reason to praise him, they had their own heroes.

Toge never really had the odds on his side. Thornbugs were nothing special... the females were considerably butch and nobody really paid any attention to the Thornbugs anyway. They lived in their own little villages, away from everyone... Except for your occasional city-bug, of course.
Toge was different. he was lucky enough to be born in a large, mixed village. He never believed that just because you were born to a certain species, meant your life would be the same as everyone else's. It was this kind of thinking, that made him popular with others. Toge was always cool, calm, collected. He always cared and wanted to know what you were doing and how to help. He was popular with the girls, and most of the guys wanted to be him.
You could say he was lucky. very, very, lucky."

What I love most about Toge, is that he's the only Thornbug Sonic character, like, ever.
